Objectives: Setting up 15x10ft LED wall in a full green screen studio. 3 camera setup with confidence monitor, teleprompter and lighting environment to match the background image. Editing the keynote into a single video, enhancing the image to look realistic in post production.

Challenges, Our Approach, and Solutions
Challenge 1: Matching lighting conditions to the selected background image.
Solution: Examining the image, identifying the quality, color and direction of the light and recreating it in the studio.
Challenge 2: Controlling the keynote presentation on two monitors and teleprompter.
Solution: Using multiple computers and clickers for seamless presentation and interaction with the audience.
Challenge 3: Setup and Breakdown short timeframe.
Solution: The production team arrived the night before the setup of the draping, stage, monitors, and sound to test ahead of time.
Production Process
Pre-production 1: Location scouting and taking measurements of the room. Rental of all necessary equipment and the grip.
Pre-production 2: Arrival and setup day before the event start. Dry runs to make sure everything is smooth.
Production: Arrival on site 2 hours before the event, set up all cameras, live stream, and sound.
Post-production: Editing of all videos and photos, color correction, delivery.
Crew: 3 videographers, Audio/Visual technician, 1 photographer, production manager.
Video Equipment: Stationary video camera Sony FX6, roaming video camera Sony FX3, Sony a7s3.
Deliverables: Live stream, raw footage, photography.
