Replit's yearly event featured a retrospective of their achievements from the previous year, along with in-depth discussions on the future of AI. Replit trusted IQvideo to handle all the audio/visual setup, including stage arrangement, draping, speaker systems with PA, wireless microphones, and monitors. IQvideo was also responsible for recording all the sessions and panel discussions, as well as live streaming, recording hackathons, conducting interviews, and capturing candid photos.

  • Solution: 60 in TV Display, 2 Speakers PA System, LD Maul Tower System, 4 Wireless Microphone System, Handheld and Lav System with Stands, 16 Channel Digital Mixer

  • Solution: In-room video display switcher for live switching between camera and presentation

  • Challenge 4: Setup and Breakdown in a short timeframe

  • Solution: The production team arrived the night before the setup of the draping, stage, monitors, and sound to test ahead of time.

Production Process

  • Pre-production: Location scouting and measurements of the room. Bringing necessary equipment and grip. Arrival and setup day before the event start. Dry runs to make sure everything is smooth.

  • Production: Arrival on site 2 hours before the event, set up all cameras, live stream, and sound.

  • Post-production: Editing of all photos/videos, color correction, and delivery.

  • Crew: 3 videographers, 1 photographer, Audio/Visual technician, production manager.

  • Video Equipment: Stationary video camera Sony FX3, roaming video camera Sony FX3, Sony a7s3

  • Deliverables: Raw footage, photography, live stream.
